  • **Step 1: Verify Compatibility with Your Mac**

    Before proceeding with the installation and setup of QuickBooks Desktop for Mac, ensure that your Mac meets the minimum system requirements to support QuickBooks.

    **Step 2: Locate Your License and Product Numbers**

    - If you obtained a digital copy, refer to the email confirmation you received; it should contain your license and product numbers. If you cannot locate the email, follow the instructions on how to find your license number.
    - If you purchased a physical copy, look for the scratch-off label on the package. Scratch off the label to reveal your license and product numbers.

    **Step 3: Download and Install QuickBooks Desktop for Mac**

    - Download the version of QuickBooks Desktop for Mac that you need, or use the CD installer if you purchased it from a retailer. If you encounter issues with downloading the installer, you may need to clear your browser's cache and cookies or try using a different web browser.
